Volunteer Keystone Awards 
and LACYP Volunteer of the Year
If you have a volunter who has given between 10 and 50 years  of his/her time then nominate them now!  Certificates are free of charge and range from bronze to platinum and will be presented at this year's AGM.

After an overnight stay last Friday at Lancaster Boys' Club, the 9 cyclists set off on the next stage of their Lands End to John O' Groats cycle ride.

Good Stuff
Excellent work undertaken by young people resulted in awell constructed extension to the bridge at Ormside Mill. The work was supervised by Tim Taylor and will improve disabled access around the grounds. Thanks to Princes Trust (Carlisle) Team 40 and the CYP 'V' Project. Click here to see photos.

Bill Beaumont Charity Golf
On  probably the wettest day of its 29 year history, the  took place at Hillside Golf Club on Thursday 26th June. The
event raised over £9,000 for LACYP
