News : Bolton Lads & Girls Club awarded

Bolton Lads & Girls Club have won the 2010 Queen's Award for voluntary Service in recognition of the work their staff and volunteer mentors carry out as part of their successful Mentoring Project. This project sees young people receive one-to-one and group support from responsible adult role models, who volunteer their services.

The prestigious Queen's Award for Voluntary Service is the highest award given to volunteer groups across the UK for outstanding work done in local communities.
